AO IZUMRUD is one of several dbas for Russia's global Naval & Nuclear manufacturing arm known as "emerald" (Izumrud). We were instrumntal in flagging Izumrud iterations to the UK Treasury in winter 2023, and the UK responded by almost immediatelly issuing Crimes Against Humanity warrants and sanctions against it. Izumrud is listed on Ukraine and EU sanctions lists in several iterations, but its real complexity spans hundreds of Russian-owned entities. Most of which are aligned along threads supported by either Rostekh, or Putin directly.
We have long believed that, due to its technology and S&T influence and oversight, Rostekh has always been the more dangerous target than the Wagner Group. The Wagner Group was a gang of prison thugs and mercenaries; they would never threaten the US or NATO. They only had limited impact on the Ukraine due to proximity. The real threat from Russia to the rest of the world lies in its space, hypersonic, and nuclear WMD dominance.And that is the Roskekh - Izumrud - Spektr - related empire.
We believe we were the first US firm to flag Izumrud, in spring 2022, after one of its child entities reached out to hire us to help it obtain US Military and Government contracts. Izumrud, which is both an equal to and a child of Rostekh and the Russian Government, depending on the iteration and dba, contracted with us under the guise of being a US firm and government contractor. The contacts disclosed manufacturing and shipping operations in Tallinn, Estonia; but did not disclose the hub's Russian Government ownership. Or its patents for nuclear energy, or its South American and oligarch relationships, or its use of Putin's favorite three banks.
Nothing Izumrud does or sells or buys or ships is harmless. It's Tallinn shipping hub or offices list a senior Russian nuclear energy advisor and patent holder as Director. One of Izumrud's many dbas is the gentle presona of Envirolyte and Acqucea - water purification and water treatment plant suppliers. With US offices in Miami and Aventura, Florida.

Russia gave a hint to this network in 2014, when it christened one of its newest, most advanced nuclear submarines the "IZUMRUD.' And AO Izumrud's master factory in Vladivostov provides some of the same hype and product - water purification, water energy - that the US - South American branch (Envirolyte International or NPP Izumrud) advertises. But it also does much more: including potential nuclear fusion, nuclear submarine, and other maritime security and manufacturing.

Dan's death was ruled 'not a suicide' by the District of Columbia coroner. And he was found with over $2,000 cash, a cell phone, and the family's dog, Blue, roaming around a nearby park alone. The fall occurred on a Sunday evening, but no one came forward as having seen anything. No arrest was made and MPD closed the case.
Dan was a US Citizen. And a strong Ukraine supporter. He had divorced, and his ex-wife had sold their home in Kalorama to a Chilean investor - Craig Lucsic - who then leased it to Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner.
We thought Dan and his family deserved a little better than that. Because no one has ever fallen from a rooftop bar - or even a window - at a luxury apartment in Washington DC ever. And so we looked a little deeper, and found something interesting. Wherever this quiet Russian entity or network called "EMERALD" was, there was something 'wrong.' Someone had died. Or War Crime victims were affiliated. And South America. And often crime syndicate or Rico charges.
Why would Dan, who hated Russia and Putin and had fled there, share any business commonality with Izumrud (Emerald) persons or entities? Izumrud is one of Russia's key nuclear and naval / electronics S&T families. The last thing Dan would wish to do was support Russia's naval or air attacks on the Ukraine.
Specialized Russian Military Intelligence
Leveraging a strong foundation in US Military and CIA intelligence, our Ukraine intelligence has been consistently accurate and ahead of NATO, DOJ, or OFAC announcements. Including such Donetsk - Russian leaders as Andreichenko Valerievich, whom the Ukraine calls one of the key 'architects' of the Russian invasion, saying he publicly announced the day and time the invasion would start. Lessons Learned from Global National Defense Intelligence
So much of the covid learning curve could have been prevented - and so more lives saved sooner - had world entities collaborated earlier on mining Chinese and MidEast medical intelligence on covid and related viral research, including hepatitis. China knew, for example, as early as 2010 that any corona virus to emerge in future would be an Innate Immunity disabler, not an Adaptive Immune attacker - and so antibodies would not drive recovery and safety, but Innate Immune strength would. Sure eough, Vitamin D depletion (and Innate Immune regulator) and other Innate levels would be discovered over the first year to be universally depleted in mortalities, and covid antibodies would be almost universally missing in survivors.
Our CEO posited as early as February 2020, before any chance to communicate with Chinese researchers in or out of the US, that this would be the case: because of the speed and spread patterns of Covid. And the fact that children were surviving in amazing numbers - but children in Adaptive Immunity attacks (measles, mumps) die in huge numbers before anyone else. Why was covid different?
Asking these 'right' questions despite media and crowd sentiment to plow ahead with vaccine development at all cost, should have been public policy direction. We should never 'assume' anything in medicine, but should investigate and analyze and look for patterns. Our CEO was one of the first worldwide to advocate immediate, broad-range anti-viral dosing of all ill patients; as well as the use of steroids, inhalers, and nebulizers. She contributed to the repurposing of dexamethasone, and advocated the addition of mega Vit D and other Innate Immune-boosting enzymes and additives to the Gilead and Pfizer vaccines:
If we could not prevent a focus on vaccines - Adaptive Immunity prevention, yet Covid survivors showed little evidence of antibody development, and universally demonstrated tissue and cellular level Innate Immunity depletion, easily measured by simple Vit D levels - we could at least help to use them as a vehicle to rapidly boost Innate Immunity abilty to fight covid. Gilead's vaccine however was ruled out almost immediately, and Pfizer decided not to incorporate Innate, antiviral boosters into its product. The urgency of covid did not rule out vaccines as an eventual aid - but medicine, as with IT or defense, will typically offer many paths to success: the challenge is to find the FASTEST, SAFEST, and MOST SUITABLE PATH FOR EACH PATIENT.
We felt that Chinese research and our own findings pointed to strong antiviral and Innate Immunity booster administration - IM shot or sublingual - as the fastest and safest way to protect the most victims, with the highest efficacy, early in the first six months of pandemic. Our CEO advocated this theory in Feb- March 2020 to US and EU leadership, based on findings of near-100% pediatric immunity to Covid in any form; and Johns Hopkins and the British Medical Society would affirm this thinking a few months later.
In June 2023, US and UK leadership held hearings critial of Covid response. At the same time, the same US agencies ignored an even more deadly threat - parasitic worms & flukes in Maryland drinking water and public accommodations
The parasitic worm and fluke 'outbreak' in a blue collar, high-smoking area of Montgomery, MD near Dr Fauci's old lab are scary and diverse. And they kill or injure 1 in 5 humans a year - vs. 1 in 1,400 dead or ill from Covid. They spread rapidly through sewers and air vents to infect entire towns or water supplies. Humans or pets are infected by consuming or touching the eggs.

Why the USAF GPS Modernization Programs Do Not Go Far Enough
The U.S. Air Force has awarded several recent Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) grants to research quantum navigation technologies, to advance research and development for quantum as a complement to the Global Positioning System (GPS) run by Schreiver AFB in Colo. Springs. GPS III is another branch of USAF satellite modernization, that will add military- civilian segregation of signal.
But neither of these new approaches, being funded with billions of dollars, will be effective in blocking Russian, Chinese, North Korean, Iranian, or other enemy access to US military GPS networks. They are too little, too late.
What we have proposed instead - and our work has been vetted and found to be of sound engineering quality by engineering leadership that designed and built the Hubble and James Webb space telescopes - is the granular ability to use AI-driven filters and other mechanism to identify and refuse whatever enemy or threat category of device; or specific device; is asking for hello uplink and response.
And we have designed a complimentary response that utiliizes gyroscope, noise, and other elements to further destabalize enemy flight and trajectory stability, pre-boost. The time to stop an incoming missile will always be pre-boost: when it is largest, slowest, and there is time for a secondary intervention should you fail.

Terror at a Montgomery County Extended Stay America property nestled in a biotech research park: PARASITIC WORMS INVADING EVERYTHING!
The shell was pristine white with no blemishes last month. No blemishes. Now revolting worm-like creatures and horrible growths deform it. Are they doing the same thing to the human guests infected at this property since January?
This level of rapid deterioration is seen on shells degraded over years - but in this Extended Stay America apartment this shell was not exposed to elements or creature or water -- just the air in the Extended Stay..
The guest kept a jar of pristine white, decorative shells for friends' children to play with. On April 11, 2023, she noticed there was something wrong - the shells were suddenly disfigured, discolored, and some of them even had disgusting looking creatures inside. And disgusting worm tubes and growths outside. She has photos of children making designs with the same shells last month - they were perfect and white then. They were exposed to the same apparent parastitic worm egg sacs she has told the County of for weeks now, that coat almost everything in the apartment, same air and HVAC, as the guest. Who is now infected with parasitic worms so deadly they are listed by the US Homeland Security Agency as a biological weapon.
The small reddish growth on the right side of the shell is the same color as parasitic worms appearing in humans since January, and as of late March, guests at the property.
There are 938,966 active, licensed physicians in the United States. Only 700 of them are active, screened members of the American Society of Parasitologists. The American Association of Parasitology in Arlington, VA, lists only 6 parsitology physicians practicing in the DC metro area. Against these scarce resources, there are over 17,200 species of parasites, with over 500 that actively infect humans. The worst of these - the deadly parasitic worms, roundworm and tapeworm - kill, maim, blind, or otherwise seriously injure (not just sicken) over 1.5 billion humans each year.

One of the persistent mysteries of the pandemic that we have flagged repeatedly to NIH, CDC, WHO and other public health bodies is the striking correlation of matching spikes in vaccination saturation rates, and Covid19 death rates. We agree. But then again, why should that matter? Each of us lives with some 30 trillion viruses, bacteria, and fungi in or on us every second.
We think the world missed the boat, tragically, with Covid response when it forgot this, and overlooked the 'FACTS" and lost perspective. If almost every adult and every child is immune to Covid naturally, from Innate Immunity, the clear pandemic priority should have been to identify the deltas in the very small anomaly pool of susceptible adults and treat their symptoms, or eliminate the variance or deficiency making them ill or die. Much as genetic or bioehcmical variance causing mitochondrial disease, Chrone's disease, or other autoimmune or Innate Immunity disorders is treated.
We don't vaccinate the whole world to stop a very small % of us, less than 1%, from having ulcers. Or dying of obscure genetic disorders. Over the long run, not only would such medical response hurt the majority; if it targets the wrong causality it will not even 'cure' the very tiny minority.
The above illustration shows highlights of Innate Immunity (parent immunity) response at left, Adaptive Immune response at right, and crossover response shared by both systems, in orange. The problem with the (Adaptive) vaccine reponse to Covid, whether mRNA or circular RNA or other, is that Adaptive Immune response is late-stage, back-end, specialized and weaker viral defense that thus far is used only against Adaptive pathogens, like measels or mumps.
But Covid is an Innate Immunity attacker or pathogen, which means our best chance to defeat it is through very early stage, front-end, broad-range recognition (which encompasses any variant or mutation) and attack on the virus by inhibition of its Attraction to Activation phases; and attacks on its envelope and other elements. This attack happens in Innate Immunity long before the viral replication and human antibody production stage, which is the weaker, secondary Adaptive immune response. Innate Immunity does not even need and rarely uses antibodies.
So why build our entire world Covid reponse on replication of a process - back-end Adaptive antibody production - that our bodies were not designed to use against this particular type of pathogen? There were clear clues to this in the initial tissue samples returned from Covid mortality and survivor samples the first two months of Covid: almost every dead victim showed Vitamin D defiency; and almost every asymptomatic patient, especially children, showed no antibodies.
Actionable Insight
It's not just for the military. Leaders and teams all need accurate, clear, and 'actionable' intelligence or analysis as a foundation for good strategy, biotech, technology, or financial response.
If someone shows us a chair like the this - a nice, Scandinavian pleasing design - would we rule it out for an office or school, if 1 out of 100 of your users need a different type of seating? This is the same delimma that many of us see with the Covid19 vaccines.

- Does medical intelligence, research, or scientific fact support dosing all 100 with something that only 1 in the group will ever need? OR is it more wise, efficient, and reliable to give the 1 a special 'chair' or treatment" custtomized just for his/her needs?
*Johns Hopkins, WHO, British Medical Society and other world experts contradict US CDC and Pfizer, on child immunity; with BMJ calling the US "immoral' to vaccinate children; and Pfizer said to have 'inflated'child statistics to gain pediatrict vaccine approval. Something it has been repeatedly fined for under criminal prosecution by US DOJ.
Don't assume everyone else values or needs the same difference you do.

And most of the time, victims are dependent on the same judiciary branch that hurt them, for justice. But research worldwide shows this is largely unworkable: "When the offender is the State, there is no justice," (United Nations) Or to quote the esteemed Cato Institute in Washington, DC, "America’s Criminal Justice System Is Rotten to the Core." Unlike the other two branches of US Government, the Judical Branch relies on the feeding trough of its lower branches, for its existence. Whereas the US Congress or Cabinet agencies, have work and initiate policy and provide services whether or not there is interaction from state or local counterparts or not
And unlike other local layers of government, police and courts rely on VICTIMS being created and funneled into their feeding troughs for their salaries. They are not like Parks & Rec, or Health, or Human Resources, or National Guard or US Military agencies - which have jobs to do and do them, independent of victims being 'fed' to them or what their peers below them think or do. The National Guard trains and deploys on its own timeframe and without dependencies on anyone. Guard do not make more money or less money based on how many 'cases' they generate or tickets they write or false reports they file. They go into natural disaster zones, help the victims, and go home. Lying is not so rampant it is a national debate topic. The US President has never brought a National Guard or US Army or Parks & Rec victim to speak to Congress. As he did George Floyd's family.
Let's face it - THE ENTIRE THIRD BRANCH WOULD NOT EXIST, IF IT LACKED THE ABILITY TO CREATE VICTIMS. Real "victims,' as the International Courts or Treaties see victims. And then artificial 'victims,' as the police and courts view them - and often the two are exactly opposite. The "victim' in most courts, is simply the individual with the most surplus time or money or the best local connections, to intiate some proceding against some unfortunate other (usually the real victim). During Tenant protections by the US Congress and White House, and court closures. She was attacked and falsely arrested by Virginia police, as a high-risk Covid victim and made to sit in someone else's blood and vomit. Dragged into a jail facility that was closed due to Covid deaths. Denied her asthma inhaler for 1.5 hours. That whole life-threatening ordeal orchestrated by the landlady, working with Kaiser officers in Virginia. A few months later, our CEO (the tenant who was supposed to be protected during the pandemic) was put into contempt by a Virginia county judge for -- UNBELIEVEABLY - missing a landlord-tenant hearing, during a Covid surge, on this matter because she was in a covid19 isolation ward, on IVs, with hypothermia and kidney issues -- the judge willfully ignored doctor's faxed medical quarantine note and medical excuse based on her unstable condition and pending covid test result.
IS THIS WHY THE US CONGRESS and TWO WHITE HOUSES and WHO and other INTERNATIONAL BODIES, and EVERY US GOVERNOR SPEND HUNDREDS OF HOURS AND BILLIONS OF DOLLARS TO TRY TO KEEP TENANTS SAFE AND IN THEIR HOMES, AND WHY PRESIDENT BIDEN FLEW GEORGE FLLOYD'S FAMILY INTO WASHINGTON, TO ADDRESS THE US CONGRESS ON NEW POLICE REFORM LEGISLATION?US Military and US Intelligence officers, and US Attorneys outside of Virginia, as well as Maryland State PD HQ and DC MPD police and Council, and FBI, told her to stay out of Virginia, after that. A few months later, in fall 2020, rather than prosecute his police and magistrates for such Civil and Constitutional and Pandemic Rights abuse, the county judge himself violated US Federal Law and US Emergency Executive Order (and US 18. S. 241-242, Conspiracy to Violate Civil Rights under Color of Law) as everyone expected; put our CEO - the 'tenant' in this landlord-tenant debate and the police perjury and abuse victim - into contempt for missing the landlord-tenant hearing.
- March 2020: Our CEO rents a simple Virginia townhome for 2 weeks to finish federal pandemic work and personal funding invitations (Treatment & Cure) whilst her DC apt is painted and remodeled. Conditions are horrid, and she almost immediately requests refund, financial settlement and begins to pack. Virginia County police arrive suddenly and execute a false or 'constructive' eviction, using a fake, unregistered landlord protective order without evidence or cause or proof of anything harmful, attached. However, White House Emergency Orders are already in place protecting tenants from harassment or any landlord filings, and closing all courts to anything but 'emergency orders.' The fake order did not say "emergency" anywhere, and did not meet that burden of federal or even state evidence or proof. So it was fraud, and did not 'exist." Our CEO drove back to Washington with just her cat and laptop. Hispanic police threaten to ARREST HER if she 'talks' to the landlady about anything. But the fat black landlady is told she and her family can speak to her white, slim tenant. She is not allowed to file a vehicle vandalism complaint - someone poured black ink or paint all over her car, parked next to the landlady's in the driveway - and the local magistrate refuses to meet with her, when she goes to the police station to protest. "Courts are closed,' the police smirk to her, and then laugh.
- March - April 2020: Virginia Our CEO puts her cat and laptop in the car and drives back to Washington, an hour away. Virginia police immediately begin calling and threatening her, again, with false arrest. She's made no contact with the landlady. The next morning at 7 am Virginia police again call her, to say they are filing a false arrest warrant because she has 'violated' the bogus, non-existent, not-registered and not-allowed alleged landlord 'protection' order - for what? protection from what? was there a text, tape, phone record, bruises on the landlady, prior criminal history for our CEO? -- by emailing the landlady. That was not true. But even if it had been, it would not have been illegal. She does not believe the Virginia police, and takes her phone and laptop in to the District of Columbia MPD Cyber Lab, for them to review for any contact with the Kaiser-Alexandria landlady. And asks MPD Chief's office to please check on the alleged 'warrant.' They find nothing. And they tell her the police sound 'crazy.' She contacts Maryland State PD HQ, and they say the same.
- Nonetheless, the Virginia police -- over a simple, routine rent refund and financial settlement request, a CIVIL LANDLORD-TENANT ISSUE DURING PANDEMIC PROTECTIONS OF THE TENANT, NOT THE LANDLORD - start to call her almost daily with new threats, and that escalates into rambling drunk-sounding tirades from personal cell phones, and vioence and kidnap threats and eventually extortion, money demands on taped voicemail. Every voicemal she gives to FBI, Maryland State PD, DC MPD, Mayor Bowser's office and selected US Congressional officials. The police perjury, landlady perjury, and their false reports start to appear on line; causing stigma, trauma, disgrace and financial loss to our CEO and company. And to her friends, colleagues in National Defense and US Intelligence - especially CIA where she and her family worked / had worked / had friends and professional relationships - and DC MPD senior detecties and US Military Officers and investigators advised her NOT to return to Virginia for any reason. Until and unless the police and court officials involved were prosecuted (USC 18, S. 241-242, Color of Law Civil Rights Violation, Conspiracy to Violate Civil Rights), police perjury, Fraud on the Court, and Corruption.
- She was told repeatedly by US Attorneys outside of DC and Virginia that her case needed to be opened and prosecution initiated, both because it was her Constitutional and Civil Right; but also to set a precedent and example of deterrence, and honor, against such police and such behavior. She is told twice by a US Federal Law Enforcement agency that they are "opening a criminal investigation' into the county police involved. She loses a lease on a beautiful, newly rennovated U-St Corridor townhome in DC, valued at over $1.5 million, from another federal worker and NIH researcher, when either the Virginia police or landlady call him, the day after she moves in, and call his attention to the police and landlady perjury and posted false reports. Including the landlady posting false / fraudulent eviction writs in May, June, and July, seeking rent because she was still living there. (Our CEO had not set foot in the property or county since the last day of March 2020.) Such online defamation is a federal felony - perjury - for the offender, but in a pandemic housing shortage, with everyone working from home offices, it is deadly to the victim.
- The same thing happened over and over: the Virginia police deliberately stigmatized and aggravated their emotional, financial, and physical duress and suffering for the victim, our CEO, by calling her friends, colleagues, and even reaching out to other police in other areas of Virginia; and to CIA senior managers, to Booze and NRO and other US military and intelligence officials she had professional or personal relationship with. *That is a felony also, under US Federal Civil Rights, and International Human Rights Law. And a violation of US Federal, International, and UN-OCHR Ethical Standards of Police Behavior. It was as if the Virginia county police were determined to destroy our CEO. Even the other 400 victims of police perjury (see below) whose false convictions were expunged between April and September 2021 - some of them 2 years or older - were not stalked, terrorized, and harmed so viciously and with such daily intent, as our CEO was. No one could understand the motive. And remember, this was all over a simple, routine, civil LANDLORD-TENANT dispute. Meanwhile the landlady kept the cash paid her, and all of our CEO's furniture and personal property. No apology from the Kaiser union, or Kaiser executives: Gred Adams, Kaiser CEO in Oakland CA; or Ruth Williams-Brinkley, who lived in a 42,000 sq ft home in Mclean, Virginia.
- September 2020: Our owner and company continued to suffer work, housing, personal and professional harm and financial loss from the delay in federal prosecution. Other US Attorneys, US Majority Leader Steney Hoyer, DC Rep Norton, SBA, US Military, and DOJ offices continued to offer emotional support and encouragement. But the competition for housing and government contracts- let alone pandemic research funding - was so competitive our CEO was permanently damaged and put behind her peers, and life-saving innovation was tabled - because Virginia just would not obey Federal Pandemic Law and Civil Rights and prosecute the police and county judge and magistrate. This was noted by US DOJ attorneys, repeatedly. (See US Supremacy Clause). And the local courts and police in Virginia, repeatedly reached out to DC MPD and court clerks, to try to stigmatize or influence their support for our CEO. (Corruption)
- The Virginia county judge scheduled an illegal Landlord-Tenant hearing on the original, illegal landlady protective order in September 2020 and our CEO, the tenant and victim, missed the hearing that she was not - under Federal and International Pandemic and Health and IHL Law - compelled to attend anyway as it violated US Executive Orders, Federal Pandemic Law, and Constitutional safeguards and was based on perjury (Fraud on the Court); but she also could not have attended anyway because she was admitted to a hospital Covid isolation ward after being sick all week, with hypothermia and kidney problems and put onto IVs and into formal Medical Quarantine. Exhaustion and stress were harming her. Hospital and personal doctors for our CEO faxed and called the local Virginia County court before and after the LANDLORD-TENANT HEARING, but the judge - showing malice and clear bias - put our CEO in contempt! AS A TENANT, FOR MISSING A LANDLORD-TENANT HEARING, ON A MATTER OF POLICE PERJURY AND VIOLATION OF US FEDERAL, AND INTERNATIONAL, PANDEMIC LAW! THE VIRGINIA COUNTY JUDGE ACTUALLY REFUSED TO 'ACCEPT' THE MEDICAL QUARANTINE ORDER AND DOCTOR'S MEDICAL EXCUSE FOR A COVID PATIENT.
Immediately our CEO rang FBI-Washington HQ and they assured her they would again re-open a criminal Civil Rights investigation into the county police in two Virginia counties, (including Fairfax where the 400 wrongful convictions were occurring, but not yet exposed), and this time broadening it to include the magistrates and judge involved. Our CEO remains in queue for US Federal, and possibly International, prosecution of this corruption, and serious Civil and Pandemic and Constutional Rights violation.
But it is an exhausting, brutal, difficult ordeal. The same police and some of the same things attacked Virginia firefighter Nicole M. a few years ago, and she was found hanged in the woods. Corruption is everyone's business. Because seldom can a victim or even victims, battle it alone.

One strong argument for vaccines being the
wrong answer is how 'opposite'

The chance of a an adult becoming seriously ill or dying from Covid19, all pandemic - without any vaccine - has held steady at 2% or less, worldwide, for the general human population. WIthin certain subsets of population however, there is noticeable variance between ethnic and racial groups, gender, and age groupings of adults.
A recent Kuwait study found that Chinese and South Pacific residents were over 7 times more likely to be hospitalized and die from Covid, than their Arab neighbors. And it found the overall rate of Covid infections to be roughly 7% amongst Arabs, compared to 37% amongst Asians. As in similar studies from the US and other nations, part of any ethnic variance seems to be socio-economic; with the lower-income populations living in the most crowded, least sanitary conditions, as we would expect, suffering the highest mortality and severe illness rates. But once in the hospital, assuming equal treatment for both Arab and Asian patients, the Kuwaiti study found still significant variance and higher mortality in Asian patients.
How Children Beat Covid in any Circumstance, by Hitting it Early (Innate Immunity)
Even in the most crowded, poverty-stricken areas, and refugee camps; with inadequate nutrition and water and clothing; children STILL remain almost 100% resistant to Covid19. Without any vaccine.
This does not mean they are not contracting the virus - children still contract the virus in high numbers. But they are not sickened by it. Due to much earlier, broad-spectrum viral detection and antimicrobial response, governed solely by their natural, Innate Immunity, children are able to identify and attack Covid microbials as soon as the virus is inhaled, in the nasal passages. Allowing children to kill and clear the virus entirely in 1 to 2 days. AMAZING! Part of this advantage is due to a different composition of nasal membrane cells - there are more immunity T cells and Fighter NK cells in a child's nasal passages; higher levels of IGe (a neutral antibody that defends against cancer and parasites); and different ifn equations, with children vs adults. Their entire, pediatric Innate Immunity is designed to catch pathogens and destroy them as early as possible; before the microbial or parasitic load can become too overwhelming for the child's developing biological and molecular architecture.
Children discover and beat Covid at the earliest points in the viral lifecycle: attraction, attachment, and activation. Typically, at the attraction and attachment phases.

Adults, in contrast, have 0 to negligible immunity cells in their nasal passages, and rely instead on a stronger response to activation to pre-replication phase of the virus, for their Innate Immunity to start to act. And this approach still works for 98% of all human adults; and this approach is still the broad-spectrum, antiviral Innate defense response. Barely any of those adults worldwide (pre-vaccine) giving tissue samples, who either have not contracted Covid or who are asymptomatic, show measurable levels of IgG, IgA, or IgM antibodies specific to the virus. Or, in general.
Why Vaccinating Children Poses a Risk
- Vaccines are shown to alter children's Broad-Range Viral Recognition abilities, so the child cannot begin to isolate and fight the virus as soon as it is inhaled, before microbial loads become too high.
- Covid vaccines in mice and other non-human studies, are shown to suppress the entire Innate Immune system; putting the recipients at risk of succombing to other pathogens, cancers, any other disease condition otherwise controlled by Innate Immunity.
- Recent cancer research shows that anything - including Adaptive interventions - that inhibits or suppresses or blocks the parent, Innate Immunity actually protects cancer and tumor cells, shielding them from therapeutics and killing the patient.
- The vaccines are unknown in impact on the 'timing' of the child's Innate Immunity response to Covid19; all that is known is that the vaccines are designed to have the opposite effect in a recipient - fighting Covid19 at the late-stage, back-end replication phase - as the early stage biological defense children now use. And which is keeping almost 100% of all children safe.
Will the Pfizer vaccine 'slow down' or delay the children's response to Covid19, as is speculated by many British, European, Israeli and even US researchers and doctors? All that is known, all that is thus far 'proven' as 'fact' by UK and EU research, is that the mRNA vaccines 'will alter' any child's natural, Innate Immune response.
Logically, this is likely to mean the vaccines will suppress broad-spectrum viral recognition and replant it with specific Covid viral recognition; and will supplant or suppress "to an unknown degree,' early-stage viral recognition and immunity response, with late-stage, Adaptive antibody response. But children are not staying safe using such tactics. And these tactics in vaccines are leading to increasing levels of 'breakthrough' infections in adults, worldwide. In Israel, the vaccines have reportedly had limited efficacy against Delta, showing perhaps as high as a 45% failure rate.
Because the vaccines wait until the late-stage, Adaptive (acquired) Immunity phase of viral replication, to start acting; and because the newer Covid19 variants are stronger and more difficult to defeat, and becoming more resistant to the vaccines' protein alterations, allowing the microbial load to bulid in a human host cause more symptoms and more fatalities. The vaccines do not "treat' or kill Covid. They simply delay infection, presumably, in some percentage of us - and perhaps we would not have become infected anyway, as natural adult Innate Immunity is already shown to be 98% effective against the virus - and so waiting until the back-end and letting microbial loads accumlate, is a frightening prospect for children.
As is the risk of suppressing a child's broad-range viral or pathogen recognition: children are infected by Delta but not sickened or killed by it, in contrast to adults, because their broad-spectrum viral recognition is so accurate, and flexible. Children's Innate mechanisms recognize any Covid variant -- unlike the vaccines, which show waning efficacy as the strains increase in mutation and variance from the original Corona virus - and pounce on it. Will the vaccines change this too?
Or will they simply add on a late-stage Adaptive response? Will the vaccines alter or suppress a child's broad-spectrum, early response ONLY to Covid19; or to every one of the 100,000+ pathogens, cancers, parasites, and other threats it defends children against, from birth? Parents will have to decide whether to vaccinate their children, without these critical answers.
And that choice, could be life or death, for the child.
Unfortunately, parents will have to make the decision whether or not to vaccinate their children, without real knowledge of all outcomes from vaccinating their children; and even without knowledge of the right questions to ask; or how to intelligently evaluate their child's risk, given existing health conditions, race, gender, or genetics. Factors that greatly impact adult susceptibility to Covid19, and which may now begin to impact children as well. Is Pfizer about to render every child as susceptible to Covid, as adults are?
These are questions that FDA did not require Pfizer to answer, and to 'prove' beyond reasonable doubt, pose no immediate or long-term health risks for either children or a developing fetus. Pfizer stressed alleged higher incidents of child infections from Delta, and some rise in child hospitalizations, at the recent FDA meeting that granted Pfizer license to vaccinate children age 5 to 12, but did not explain that:
- The higher infection rates do not equate to lower resistance to Covid19, lower efficacy of child Innate Immunity AT ALL, or to high rates of children showing symptoms or dying. Children are just as strong against Delta - almost 100% of them resisting it! - as they are to any other Covid virus.
- The best Pfizer vaccination efficacy rates are still much lower than the consistently, near-perfect, 99.899% efficacy rate all Pandemic, of child Innate Immunity.
FDA essentially approved replacing a Bengatti or Maserati engine.. with one from a Ford or Chevy. WHY would anyone do this? It will not improve performance - there is nothing to improve upon - and it will almost certainly hurt something 'almost perfect,' for no logical reason at all. Except to make others with imperfect or faulty cars, feel better.

Children's nasal and throat mucosal cells contain markedly higher levels of immunity or fighter cells, priming them to recognize and start neutralizing the virus within miliseconds of it entering the body. Children are also better equipped to attack the virus than adults, with different ph, amino, enzyme, GHf, and hyarulanese, and other molecular architecture elements.
As any parent or new teacher can attest .. if there is one thing our children do well, it is fight off germs. What can knock an adult out for a week or more, children usually will kick in just a day. That's their super strong Innate Immunity - exactly what Covid targets. Innate Immunity governs the nasal, throat, airways, and epitheal cells throughout the lungs. It also governs the cytokine response inhibitation, tumor inhibation; kidney, brain, ocular, circulatory tension / angio tension, and major organ protection that Covid targets.
Children have consistently beat Covid - easily - the entire pandemic. Without any intervention. Vaccine-innoculated adults in contrast, are consistently failling ill to Covid worldwide in alarming breakthrough cases. Children's immunity is rock solid. Vaccine immunity is not.
How do the Covid Vaccines differ from a child's natural Innate Immunity?
The adaptive, back-end vaccines, and the new Merck pill, wait until the very last, back-end replication stage to attack Covid. This sacrifices valuable front-end time and loses the natural advantage of limiting the microbial load accumulating in the human system - what causes the inflammatory response in lungs and organs and kills us.
Viral recognition is just one of dozens to hundreds of Innate Immunity nuances that kick into action against Covid, in both children and adults. The key difference is that Innate Immunity in all ages, strives to 'kill' the virus, before it reaches replication stage. Intelligence uses data objectively to spot trends or concerns, to save lives or nations. Companies use data subjectively to serve marketing or earnings goals. Which type of usage seems to be more prevalent in this pandemic, in evaluating Covid19 vaccine performance?
We help US agencies enforce transparency, safety, and efficacy in biologics and critical health care technologies. As well as contributing our own biologics design and development. We do this by putting order and significance - with a national intelligence and engineering lens, not a traditional biopharma lens - to the massive data generated every day around Covid19.
When agencies, patients, and drug companies are equipped to ask the "right questions,' and receive accurate answers, they make better choices. And we all live healthier lives. Working with Johns Hopkins and its wonderful data repository, 'Our World in Data," we put structure and significance to the massive unstructured medical and scientific new findings and developments of this pandemic.
We see the pandemic setting the stage for traditional IC S&T to move into adjacent realms of biotech and global policy. Because of the massive amounts of data and emerging scientific review worldwide, that must be assimilated into one coherent model to inform and guide US health policy.
What we see at right is one of many data pulls we've made to support global research fears that the US Covid19 vaccines are in actuality driving up the Covid death rates. A counter-intuitive, but irrefutable trend that continues to worsen.
Is emotional or political pressure inside the US, and other OTAN nations, impacting our usually robust S&T capabilities? Or is it too new of a paradigm, to apply federal S&T traditionally reserved for counter-espionage or military defense, to biotech?
Our support work ranges from anthrax and NBC mitigation techniques, to new ways of eradicating Covid19 from our external environments: land, air, water, and building structures. With a strong foundational expertise in STEM, WMD, and chemistry, we were able to generate and submit early ideas that later proved to be verified by the global research community, for making everything from our human throats and nasal passages hostile to Covid, to a once-monthly pill, to fluoride and the use of treated water misting used at entry gates, similar to misting used at Disney World.

The high price of TIME
Our top two threats to human survival this century both arise from CHINA:
- The pandemic
- Nuclear & biological WMD proliferation.
In missile defense and medical response, timing is everything. We 'buy' time with interim response - Thad or space sensors or a pandemic vaccine - until 'real' solutions are available. A Covid19 cure or treatment that works fast. The ability to stop or control enemy launch. Early warning is a fragile, interim fix; stopping attack is a victory.
Do we want a quick fix, or a game-changing win?
What do we offer that is different from any other defense or technology firm? Disruption and cognitive dissonance.
Disruption occurs when something happens - innovation, an event, a new discovery, or the last straw in many incremental changes - to replace or render useless a prevailing paradigm or standard of care. Apple, Tesla, SpaceX, Northrop Grumman, or recognizing autistic children as 'disabled' or 'differently abled' but still able to be a happy part of the world, are examples.
Cognitive Dissonance occurs when we suddenly are confronted - as individuals, societies, or leaders - with uncomfortable conflict between our internal beliefs and reality. Being a victim of crime, or police perjury or violence are examples.
A Missile Defense Example
OR suddenly discovering, in a flash of technology insight, as we did several years ago - long before the rest of the world and media could be convinced to agree with us - that the US was A - funding air and missile defense systems with one hand, to protect us against China, North Korea, and other enemies; but with its other hand, it was also funding B - satellite navigational and ground stations to guide our attacking missiles and jets and drones and so on; that were also being used by China and North Korea for their missile launch, guidance, and attack sequences against us. We had so many meetings and US Cabinet-level briefings and investor briefings to try to explain this basic, but alarming state of affairs month after month, we almost gave up getting anyone to 'believe' us. These were very smart, seasoned executives and technology experts - we even met with the large global contractors who had built the networks involved, and a recent USAF winner of a $2 billion satellite 'revision' contract .. and they still did not 'get' what we were trying to say. .
We finally met with Orbital ATK and Northrop Grumman engineers - a very open, innovative corporate culture, and the architects of the Hubble and James Webb space telescopes - and they were very quick to pick up the same flash of insight that our owner had experienced.

What was the issue? Why couldn't very intelligent, seasoned, capable government and private sector 'experts' - including US Cabinet Secretaries we presented to, as well as senior combat, air defense, space and defense experts - not 'get' this conflict? COGNITIVE DISSONANCE. Their mental model of the world so firmly entrenched the US Government as 'in charge,' and incapable of such an error, they just could not accept mentally, this level of flaw in our US military technical space and air defense architecture. Their minds would not wrap around this. (But yet technology mistakes happen all the time.)
- No one was blocking or limiting access to ANY of our US navigational or military guidance networks. And enemy missiles and jets operated just like ours - they needed navigation and other guidance to hit a target.
- The US was the only fully operational global navigational satellite system (til 2020) China's Beidou was not yet complete. So if Chinese or North Korean or terrorist missiles or drones were flying at all, let alone hitting US military or civilian targets, they were using our US FAA GPS-Waas networks to do so.
We were apparently the first and only Americans, until quite recently, to figure this out; and then to design an entirely new kind of engineering framework to address this vulnerability - and now that Beidou is operational there are other, newer vulnerabilities we have worked on address with Northrop, others - and to introduce a brand new paradigm of how we view and operationalize air and space defense, shared airwaves, and so on.

Our world is so volatile and urgent, especially now in the pandemic, that government and commercial clients alike need advisors and technology firms that understand and recognize systemic cognitive dissonance - when things are not only 'not quite right' but are so 'wrong' they threaten our lives or wellbeing, or US national security - and are not afraid to address it.
S&T is one of the best areas to excel in if one is driven by innovation and disruption. We bring to our customers the newest, no-box thinking on a foundation of intelligence and counter-intelligence and strategy excellence to change paradigms and lives. If something has not been done before, chances are we will find it, and tell our customers how to do it. We bring this passion to S&T and Future Technology work because in many cases, it is the only way to save lives and make an impact.
We feel so strongly about the 'way' in which our world responds to this pandemic, because flawed logic that succeeds momentarily .. is dangerous. If we don't use the right method from the outset, we will build block on block onto a cracked foundation. Whether it is missile defense, or loyalty, or biotech. And people will die. Or our nation or many nations will be harmed. We have already lost as many people to this pandemic, due to flawed response, as died in the Holocaust.
And ironically, the US - the Holocaust liberator - appears to be going down some of those same paths again - human experimentation and cruelty, and sacrificing 'some' of us for the betterment of 'others' of us. Who is to say that the 2% of adults contracting covid19 are more important than the 98% who will not, or than the 99.9% of children on earth?? Because the same vaccines that help some adults, cannot help but hurt many children. And whilst covid19 is clearly horrible, there are more ways to respond than a vaccine. We can wait until people fall ill and treat them. We can boost natural immunity for everyone. This is how children have stayed healthy.
We can use companies which have never been charged with manslaughter, child murder, or fraud for their biologics development. We can stop letting ourselves be forced into a dangerous box and dependency that is irrefutably worsening viral mutations and the global, macro course of the pandemic worldwide.
We are letting a small circle of a few very wealthy, powerful males, dictate the fate of billions of people worldwide, with no tolerance of criticism. And NOW DR FAUCI AND PFIZER EVEN WANT TO VACCINATE CHILDREN. WE CAN THINK OF NOTHING MORE HORRIFYING. BY THE SAME COMPANIES UNDER INDICTMENT IN EUROPE FOR CHILD MURDER, AND IN THE PHILLIPINES, AND WITH A SIMILAR HISTORY IN THE US.
When did all of this control shift from We the People to a handful of wealthy, powerful males? And for the first time in US history, we are mandating a medical treatment. Taking parents from their mothers for failure to vaccine. Remember the vaccine history and where it started. And some of those same doctors then founded some of these same biopharma involved in current vaccines. Israeli media is even comparing Pfizer's CEO to Josef Mengele. It is chilling. if one knows history, to see any level of some histories, begin to repeat.

We hope that our national intelligence community can use its S&T capabilities and expertise to counter this new threat. Which seems to be a threat of ignorance, as much as anything else. And tolerance of abuse of authority. NIH and CDC and any one person, let alone local venues nationwide, cannot dictate to us to go down a bad path. Delta came into being shortly after India released its Covax circular RNA vaccine. B.1.1.1.7 shortly after Pfizer released its vaccine into the UK. And our child mortality is now up almost 300% in the US - children do NOT DIE of Covid19. Except here. Or other areas with significant vaccine saturation.
And we are not even asking "why.' (In the US.) Pfizer refutes Israeli findings, UK and EU findings, even German research affirming that its vaccine alters children's normal immunity. And may kill them. AND WE DO NOTHING.
An angry WHO condemned Pfizer to the International Criminal Court for its killing and disabling of children in Nigeria, in unsupervised clinical trials.
A few years later, US DOJ fined Pfizer for using the same behavior in the US.. repeatedly.
This is the company
the world is depending on for a pandemic vaccine?

When we do not know the 'true' history of suppliers we buy from - who uses child labor, who has Nazi medical doctors in their family tree, who is under indictment for 'child murder' abroad, for bad vaccines or bad drugs sold there, using the same people and methodologies we also depend on here - we are likely to be hurt.
In 2009, DOJ announced the largest drug fraud litigation and fine in its history - a $2.3 billion fine against Pfizer - for lying about clinical trials and running fraudulent marketing for its drug Bextra.
"The size and seriousness of this resolution, including the huge criminal fine of $1.3 billion, reflect the seriousness and scope of Pfizer’s crimes," said Mike Loucks, acting U.S. Attorney for the District of Massachusetts. "Pfizer violated the law over an extensive time period. Furthermore, at the very same time Pfizer was in our office negotiating and resolving the allegations of criminal conduct by its then newly acquired subsidiary, Warner-Lambert, Pfizer was itself in its other operations violating those very same laws. Today’s enormous fine demonstrates that such blatant and continued disregard of the law will not be tolerated."
Pfizer is not the only NIH- or FDA-approved Covid19 vaccine company with Nazi or 'manslaughter' skeletons in the closet. Close partner Sanofi, of France, is also under indictment for child murder and manslaughter in several nations - for vaccine and therapeutics deaths, injuries.

Vaccines have their place in public health emergency response. But it is never FIRST place. The US and World have OTHER, BETTER options!
Immediate Symptom Relief
Without a doubt, the most urgent, critical priority for this pandemic should ALWAYS have been a rapid therapeutic response to limit and reverse mortalities and improve the comfort of those sick and struggling. Theraputic drugs and immunity boost work immediately - in as little as 24 hours - to stop Covid-19 symptoms and reverse infection rates of current patients. Where is anyone asking, What about all of those who have already died - didn't they count?

Achievable vs Impossible: Big Money Calling the Shots?
Even in the wealthier nations, tragically, healthcare is segregated into those who can afford immediate, excellent care and those who must wait months or years, in suffering, for the care they need to ensure they keep breathing or walking or just living. Our largest HMO, Kaiser Permanente, shows an online ratio of 1 doctor to 333 patients; and in malpractice suits Kaiser lost recently, the combination insurer-provider allegedly missed lung and bone cancer diagnosis for 2 to 4 years; caused babies to be born with brain damage or deformity rather than refer the mother out to better birthing centers; and caused quadraplegia and paraplegia in surgery.
So along comes a vaccine campaign that lets Kaiser bill rapidly for easy services and post $2.2 billion in earnings for 2020. Pfizer earnings jumped from global sales of $19 million before the vaccine to a projected $100 billion, just for its vaccine, just for 2021.

On the other side of the fence - the patient or US citizen side - here are some of the 'costs' of choosing a vaccine strategy:
The US has had to cut national defense - missile defense, hypersonic defense, counter-terrorism, and pull troops out of Afghanistan, destabalizing the entire world as the Taliban - the parent of ISIS and September 11 - comes back into power. Abandoning those who were brave enough to stand by the US and OTAN in that turbulent region.

We had to remove troops from Afghanistan - the war is too expensive, especially the fuel there. So we the US had to destabalize the entire world, to fund vaccines that were supposed to 'rescue' the world. But clearly are not.
The US does cannot afford unemployment insurance, or to subsidize employers for tens of millions of US citizens still out of work, because of paying for the vaccines. (Not only for us, but for illegal aliens coming here in droves, bringing more covid19 with them, to obtain vaccines.) It has had to cut US military famiily benefits, to pay for aliens. Who have never served the US.
Because the Federal Government did not mandate a 'cost share' with Pfizer or Moderna; it siven before the pandemic, to predict vaccine impact on populations against certain other enviornmental and demographic phenomena. And so, even with the novelty of a pandemic, public helath leadership should have known better than to select a vaccine over urgent therapeutics (Treatment & Cure) and Innate Immunity booster response.
Viral or pathogen mutation, and the dance between vaccine - or treatment, such as antibotics - and pathogen moves, like sound or other natural phenomena, in waves. Or, sometimes, in orbits. Sometimes the waves are ocillating, sometimes they are shallow - there are established, easy, AI-driven mathmatecal models available for almost every major pathogen or disease and its predicted vaccine interaction.
We believe the US, and world, missed the boat with Covid19. It was from the start mathmatically highly improbably that vaccines would win the war.
The odds of any 'vaccine' strategy being successful against a global pandemic posed by a fast-mutating super-virus, were astronomical from the beginning. It was, we believe, wrong strategy, wrong timing, and wrong biochemical construction. The mRNA vaccines gave Covid19 too much leeway and put too much risk on human hosts with their spike protein and orf composition; and the antibody vaccines were outdated as soon as they were produced.
The Risk of Being Too Slow
Not only would a vaccine be logistically and financially impossible to produce and distribute fast enough to innoculate the entire world (8 billion humans); missing that mark and distributing the vaccines too slowly would predictably, based on historical experience, have disastrous consequences.
A fast rate of vaccination decreases the probability of a resistant viral strain emerging. But vaccinating too slowly, or vaccinating some countries ahead of others, makes the emergency of vaccine-resistent strains much more likely, according to a July 2021 study by the University of Geneva, Switzerland.
Impossible: Vaccinating the whole world every 6 months
Achievable: Rapid new treatments for the 2% of humans who become infected
What started in our collective imaginations - a stop to the pandemic - triggered invention that became vaccines; but there is still a long way to go.
