CASE STUDY: PUBLIC HEALTH & POLICY STRATEGIES
Were Covid Vaccines the Best Response?
Sometimes we need vaccines - MMR is the best example. Sometimes we don't, and Covid is that best example. It doesn't take a medical degree to write good public health policy. In fact, sometimes being too close to the field being regulated, impacts objectivity. Good public health response requires accurate intelligence, relevant experience, and brilliant strategy. A good strategist can solve almost anything.

To Understand when Vaccines Are a Good Choice, We Must First Understand Innate and Adaptive Immunity
Our CEO was an FDA-invited member of the Pfizer EUA panel, to evaluate its first Covid-19 vaccine. She was also a strong, early advocate for antiviral treatments - not vaccines - as the US response to Covid from February 2020-on. In 2025, US HHA Secretary Robert Kennedy agreed, seemingly moving the US closer to stopping the use of Adaptive vaccines, against Innate Immunity threats.
Humans and (other) animals have two Immune Systems to protect us from illness or death: Innate and Adaptive.
- Innate Immunity is what we are born with: the overall molecular architecture that recognizes a threat as 'just a threat - bacterial, viral, fungal, or other (burn, cut) - and immediately responds. It is 'always on,' and always ready, in most healthy humans. Innate Immunity is strongest - and initiates much faster - in children than in adults, and weakens with age, stress, or lack of natural sunlight and exercise.
- Adaptive Immunity is a back-end, acquired response that recognizes specific viral or bacterial threats - either through antibodies passed from mother to infant with breastfeeding, or from prior disease exposure. It creates antibodies or antigens to attack only strains 'remembered' from past experience. Innate Immunity, in contrast, attacks every strain, that it recognizes as a virus or other pathogen.
Antibiotics and antivirals are Innate medical responses that mimmick or supplement the Innate Immune response.
Vaccines are Adaptive Immune products, only successful in those who naturally create antibodies - not all humans do - and against pathogens that are defeated primarily by antibodies. That's not Covid. That's measles or smallpox.
Why reach for an Adaptive response against a well-known Innate pathogen? Why did vaccines take over the entire world in mass hysteria and mis-information? Why were pediatric vaccines approved, when children were known worldwide to be immune?
Was it Fear, or Bad Medical Intelligence, that Sold the World on Vaccines for Covid?
Corona was known to be an Innate viral family since 2010. Covid-19 was easily recognized as an Innate Immunity attacker, because it spared infants and childrenworldwide - children are 100% immune to Covid in any form. Adaptive viruses (like measles or flu) kill children and infants first, and in massive numbers. All of this intelligence was in public domain.
Strategy is strategy. Good inteligence is good intelligence, regardless of arena, medicine or missiles.
Whilst President Trump was open to exploring both antirvirals and vaccines against Covid, the next administration was a vaccine fanatic: even making it illegal to refuse Covid vaccines. Nothing could have been worse. Vaccines harm patients with autoimmune disorders. And give false security. The media tragically suppressed or misreported good news about antivirals, and entirely ignored Chinese and other global medical intelligence.
98% of all adults and 100% of all children were naturally immune to covid. So how could Big Pharma claim that their vaccines would 'save" 98% of us? Logic went out the door in 2021- 2024. And many died for want of simple antiviral treatments, and RX Vit D - the maste regulator of Innate Immunity.
Our CEO was instrumental in lobbing the AMA to allow steroids to manage lung inflammation in Covid patients (forbidden in 2020-21); and was a strong supporter of Vitamin D level tests in all covid emergency room patients.
- Every Covid mortality showed low D levels (30-40 or below); and
- Most Covid survivors showed no traces of Covid or vaccine antibodies.
Children beat Covid because their Innate Immune systems detected it earlier - in their nasal passages - and attacked it before the virus could multiply enough to cause cytokine (inflammatory) response in lungs or other body systems. While immune cells were rarely detected in nasal samples from healthy adults, samples from SARS-CoV-2-negative children contained high amounts of almost each (Innate) immune cell subset with an overall dominance of neutrophils.
Our Research and Industry Lobbying From Spring 2020 Focused on Encouraging an Innate vs Adaptive View of Covid; and Acknowledgement of Vaccine Limitations and the Urgent Need for Innate Antiviral Releases
INNATE IMMUNITY - CHILDREN'S BETTER RESPONSE, ANTIVIRALS (PAXLOVID)
- Instantaneous Viral Recognition (Throat & Nasal Membranes)
- Not Covid- or Strain-Specific ("Oh gosh, a virus!")
- Early attack initiation keeps microbial load to a minimum, so child can clear it from the body in 1 to 2 days, asymptomatic. All this is happening well before the Adaptive, Antibody stage.
ADAPTIVE IMMUNITY - BIG PHARMA'S VACCINE RESPONSE
- Late-Stage Viral Recognition - After Lung Infection
- Limited specificity to some Covid strains only
- Vaccines work by triggering antibodies. Antibodies work by recognizing a virus that has started to replicate inside the body, and then attacking it. That's why they are called "back end' or 'late stage' immune response.

What AI Can Do for Public Health Policy and Response: Keep it Honest and Effective
In the sport of chess, there are many global, AI-based chess 'engines' that store games and analyze real-time strategy move by move, or historically. Comparing your moves to historical wins and losses. And predicting success or failure.
The global community used nothing like this for the pandemic, from 2021-on. We took direction from an agency and experts who were then closely tied to Big Pharma. Big Pharma created 19 new billionnaires in the first year of covid vaccines.
The natural human response is to cling to the familiar, in situations of stress or deadly threat. But that's not always the safest or wisest response. Just because vaccines had worked for measles didn't mean they would work for covid: in fact, tht should have been the biggest red flag out there. What works against Adaptive pathogens, almost NEVER works against Innate attackers, which Covid is. The other red flag should have been children -- 100% immune to any covid strain. That meant they were beating Covid with Innate Immunity.
How could NIH - HHS have missed this glaring disconnect? They ignored not only basic logic, they didn't run any AI modeling: AI would not have erred that badly.
_________
AI can reverse engineer an enemy missile or jet; analyize blue prints and 10 seconds of harmful building vibration measurements to tell us the source and remedy; or write a US Supreme Court brief in miliseconds. It can review global repositories of medical findings and type a pathogen not just as Innate or Adaptive, but comb through billions of cloud-based libraries of chemcial and molecular interactions to tell us what the best response is, ranked by degree of certainty, for every patient - factoring in unique health conditions and genetics.
