Thank God States do not Defend us in War

Even when no humans are killed in a wildfire, thousands of precious, sentient creatures suffer. States do not have the Constitutional right to bungle fire control - that is a political maneuver to empower Democrat states, and steal power from Federal Government.

The US is the only nation not altruistic enough to let its federal military manage fire response.  States do not own thousands of Chinooks, each capable of dropping 2 tons of water. California was so unprepared in 2025 it killed humans too - Gov. Newsham would not give  control to the real experts, NORAD.

Is the SBA Punishing Small Entrepreurs Because It Got Caught In Fraud with Big Business?

SBA under Biden forgave $990+ Billion in largely fraudulent, $1M PPP loans. "Gifts." When real small businesses, women- & family-owned, asked the same forgiveness for their small EIDLs, SBA in 2025 said "NO!" - its staff feared losing their jobs as President Trump looked into its massive pandemic hand-outs to Democrat Big Business.

Even EIDL loan recipients with cancer, family crisis, new permanent disability or other hardship are denied the traditional SBA OIC (forgiveness). Despite the contracts for both loan programs being essentially identical.

• Do/should  the Constitutional Fairness and Equal Justice Doctrines apply to pandemic relief and borrower rights?
• Are SBA EIDL contracts - that neglect to say the EIDL loans will not be forgivable - be  binding on the SBA?

Why Doesn't the Hawthorne Effect Work With ICE Protestors?

When Law Enforcement began to monitor the 'mystery drones' flying along NJ coasts in 2025, the flights suddenly stopped. This is why police park empty police cars around, hoping to achieve the Hawthorne Effect - better behavior due to known observation.

But ICE protesters act WORSE under scrutiny, often escalating to mental instability; or even apparent psychotic or sociopath beahvior - marked by lack of empathy, illogic, narcism, and violent attacks on authority or others.

• Is America at risk of the same fanaticism that Hitler, Mussolini exploited & fanned?
• Do Politicians & Media on the Left have a duty to recognize historical trends, and stop encouraging violence against ICE?
